ENFORCEMENT
Temporary Orders, Divorce Decrees and final orders resulting from a SAPRC are all enforceable Court orders. Depending on the violation, the violator may be subject to fines, confinement or both. Also, the Court will compel the violator to comply with the order, and you will no longer be forced to endure the violations. You can also usually recover your attorney's fees and expenses form the violator, meaning that the violator will have to compensate you for what you spent to request enforcement. If you think the other party has violated one of these Court Orders, especially a child support obligation, you should the Law Offices of Engelhaupt & Associates, P.C., today to discuss enforcement.
